Terms of use

You must be at least 13 to use the Service and at least 18 to buy or sell. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.

When you buy on Angasugu, your contract of sale is with Angasugu, which sells goods on behalf of independent sellers. Angasugu charges your payment method, collects applicable sales tax as a marketplace facilitator, arranges delivery, and handles returns and refunds under our Returns policy. Sellers remain responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and legality of their goods, and shipping on time.

All prices are in US dollars. Prices for goods shipped from outside the United States include import duties and brokerage (Delivered Duty Paid). An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation; we may cancel an order before shipment for stock, pricing-error, fraud or compliance reasons, with a full refund.

Each order carries a promised ship-by date and a delivery window. If a seller cannot ship by the promised date, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund, in line with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Reviews may be written only by customers who purchased the item through Angasugu. We publish reviews regardless of rating and do not suppress negative reviews. We may remove content that is off-topic, abusive, contains personal information, is spam, or was written by someone with a conflict of interest. Paid or incentivized reviews must be disclosed; undisclosed incentivized reviews are prohibited under the FTC Consumer Review Rule.

By posting content you grant Angasugu a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the Service and in our marketing. Don't post anything unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.

• Buying or selling items on the Prohibited items list.
• Circumventing Angasugu to transact directly with a seller or buyer you met here.
• Scraping, probing or interfering with the Service, or using it with automated tools except through interfaces we publish.
• Misrepresenting who you are, or manipulating reviews, ratings or search.

The Service, its design and the Angasugu name and mark belong to Alaox Holding, LLC. Product content belongs to the sellers who post it. If you believe content infringes your rights, send a notice to legal@angasugu.com with the details required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3); we respond to valid notices and terminate repeat infringers.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angasugu disclaims implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

We'd like to fix any problem first — contact support@angasugu.com. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction. [Arbitration clause to be confirmed with counsel.]
