Seller guide

Create an account, then start the seller application. You'll need a government ID, your business registration if you have one, and a payout method.

• Daylight photos on a plain background; show scale with a hand or a familiar object.
• Title: what it is, the material, the technique. “Handwoven Sisal Basket, 12-inch” beats “Beautiful basket”.
• Record the true country of origin and the HS code — we help you find it.
• Set honest handling times; the ship-by date is a promise to the buyer.

Create a shipping profile with your handling time and carrier rates. African sellers get duties-paid labels so buyers never pay customs.

Reply to questions within a few days and to reviews politely — buyers read both. Never ask a buyer to change a review or offer anything in exchange for one.
