Product safety
Food, cosmetics, and children's products are reviewed before they go live and must meet US requirements (FDA labelling, MoCRA registration for cosmetics, CPSC rules for children's items). Report a safety concern and we act within one business day.
Counterfeits and prohibited items
We do not allow counterfeits, wildlife products restricted by CITES or the Lacey Act, weapons, recalled goods, or items that violate export laws. See the prohibited-items policy for the full list.
Report a listing or seller
Use the report form on every listing (no account needed), or call our trust team. Under the INFORM Consumers Act we verify high-volume sellers and display their identity on their listings.
