30-day returns on most items, and how refunds are paid.
The policy
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in the condition you received them. Some items have a 14-day window, and a few are final sale (custom pieces, perishable food, opened cosmetics). The policy is shown on every product page before you buy.
Start a return
- Open the order in Your account › Orders and choose Return item.
- Pick a reason. If the item arrived damaged, wrong or not as described, the return shipping is on us.
- Print the label or follow the drop-off instructions.
Returns to African makers ship to our US returns hub in Indiana — you never pay to send a parcel overseas.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is received, and always include the sales tax. If the maker took longer than promised and you cancel, you're refunded in full, including shipping.
Problems with an order
If something arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the promised delivery date. Because Angasugu holds the payment until delivery, we can resolve it directly — you don't have to negotiate with the seller.
