Seller agreement

Last updated October 1, 2026 · Angasugu is operated by Alaox Holding, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company.

This agreement between you (“Seller”) and Alaox Holding, LLC (“Angasugu”) governs selling on angasugu.com. It supplements the Terms of use, the Prohibited items policy and the Returns policy.

1. Eligibility and verification

You must be 18 or older and legally able to sell the goods you list. You will provide accurate identity, business, bank or payout, and tax information (Form W-9 for US persons; W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E otherwise) and keep it current. Under the INFORM Consumers Act we verify high-volume sellers within 10 days of reaching 200 transactions and $5,000 in a 12-month period, re-certify annually, and display identity and contact details for sellers above $20,000 in annual revenue. Failure to verify results in suspension until verified.

2. Angasugu as merchant of record

Angasugu sells your goods to customers in its own name, collects payment and sales tax, and pays you the order amount less our fee. You appoint Angasugu as your limited agent for receiving customer payment, and payment to Angasugu satisfies the customer's obligation to you. Angasugu is the importer of record or arranges DDP clearance for international shipments.

3. Fees

Fees are a percentage of item price plus shipping per seller order: 10% for US sellers and 13% for sellers in Africa (which includes international payout and currency conversion), with a $0.30 minimum, and any category-specific rate shown in Seller Center. There are no listing or subscription fees. Fees may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Listings and fulfilment

You warrant that listings are accurate, that you own or are licensed to use all content, and that goods are genuine, safe and lawful. You will ship by the promised ship-by date, upload tracking, and use the provided duties-paid label option for international orders. If you cannot ship on time you will update the order so the customer receives the required delay notice.

5. Payouts, reserves and refunds

Funds become available after delivery plus a reserve period (14 days by default; may be longer for new or high-risk accounts) and are paid automatically once the balance reaches $25. Refunds for seller-caused returns, chargebacks and policy violations are deducted from your balance. Angasugu may withhold payouts while investigating fraud, a dispute or a legal requirement, including sanctions screening.

6. Reviews, messages and customer data

You may reply to reviews but may not solicit, pay for, or condition anything on a review. Customer data received through Angasugu may be used only to fulfil the order; you may not add customers to marketing lists or contact them off-platform.

7. Suspension and termination

Either party may end this agreement with notice; open orders must be completed. Angasugu may suspend or terminate immediately for prohibited items, fraud, repeated late shipping, failed verification or legal risk, and may hold funds for up to 180 days to cover refunds and chargebacks.

8. Taxes, indemnity and law

You are responsible for income tax on your sales and for VAT or export obligations in your country. You will indemnify Angasugu against claims arising from your goods or content. This agreement is governed by Indiana law. Alaox Holding, LLC, [company address to confirm], Indiana, USA.
