Sellers may not list the items below. Listings are reviewed before publication in regulated categories and may be removed at any time. Buyers who see a prohibited item should report it.
1. Always prohibited
- Counterfeit goods and unauthorised replicas, including items bearing trademarks or designs the seller does not have the right to use.
- Wildlife and plant products restricted under CITES or the Lacey Act: ivory, rhino horn, tortoiseshell, pangolin, big-cat skins, unverified exotic leathers, and wood from protected species without documentation.
- Cultural property and antiquities whose export is restricted, including Malian archaeological and ethnological material protected under the US–Mali bilateral agreement, and objects from any country without a lawful export permit.
- Weapons, ammunition, knives marketed as weapons, and weapon parts.
- Tobacco, nicotine, alcohol, cannabis and CBD, and controlled substances.
- Recalled products, and items that violate US safety standards.
- Human remains, hazardous materials, and stolen goods.
- Hate symbols and content that promotes violence.
2. Restricted — allowed with approval
- Food and beverages: shelf-stable only, with US-compliant labelling (ingredients, allergens, net weight) and an FDA-registered facility where required.
- Cosmetics and skincare: MoCRA facility registration and product listing, ingredient labelling, no medical claims.
- Children's products and toys: CPSC compliance (lead, phthalates, small parts) with a Children's Product Certificate where required.
- Medical devices, supplements and anything making health claims: generally not permitted.
- Textiles: fibre content and country of origin labelling under the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act.
3. Origin and customs
Every listing must state the true country of origin and a correct HS code. Misdeclaring origin to avoid duties or to claim handmade status is grounds for removal and account closure.
4. Enforcement
Violations lead to listing removal, withholding of payouts for affected orders, and suspension or termination of the seller account. We cooperate with rights holders and authorities.
