What scouts do

  Find great makers

  Weavers, potters, tailors, jewellers, shea and skincare producers — people whose work deserves a US audience.

  Help them list

  Take good photos on a phone, write clear descriptions, set fair prices in dollars.

  Prepare shipping

  Show them how to pack, weigh and hand parcels to DHL. Angasugu pays import duties.

• 4

  Stay close

  Answer questions on WhatsApp in their language, and help them through the first orders.

What you earn

• 3%of each maker’s item sales, for 12 months from their approval
• $25bonus when a maker’s 5th order is delivered
• Mobile moneyor Payoneer or bank — paid in US dollars from $25

Commissions count item sales net of refunds; shipping and taxes are excluded. Makers never pay you anything.

How it works

1. Apply below. We reply by email, usually within a week.
2. Once approved you get a scout code and link to share with makers.
3. Makers apply with your link. You track them in your scout dashboard.
4. Earnings are paid after each order’s return window closes.
